Welcome aboard S/Y En Mer.

We are Lovisa and Ola, two sailors from Gotland Island in Sweden, currently sailing our first circumnavigation. After years of sailing and preparing for this adventure, we finally cast off from Visby in July 2026 and set out to see where the wind and the sea would take us.

We want to share the journey as it unfolds — not only the places we visit, but also the sailing, the decisions, the weather, the technical side of the voyage and all the small moments that make life on a boat at sea what it is.

There are several ways to follow along, depending on what you are interested in. You can follow our route and sailing data, explore the places we visit through photos and updates and keep up with the journey closely through our regular posts on different medias. Links below.

Whether you’re a fellow sailor, a friend or family member, someone we have met along the way, a complete stranger who simply stumbled across our journey or if you are just curious about what it is like to sail around the world, you’re welcome aboard!

Follow the journey your way — and come sail along with us.

Follow our journey on Predict Wind

Follow S/Y En Mer as we sail around the world. Here on our PredictWind blog, we share photos, stories and regular updates from life on board — from sailing conditions and new places to the everyday moments that make up our journey.

For those who are more technically sailing-minded, you can also see our conditions live on PredictWind. The tracker gives you a much closer look at what is happening out on the water, including our current position, speed, course, depth, heading and sailing track, along with a range of other detailed boat data.

You can also follow the conditions around us, with data such as wind speed and direction, gusts, pressure and other weather information. This makes it possible to see not only where we are, but also the conditions we are sailing in and how they change along the way.

The tracking data gives you a chance to follow our passages almost as if you were sitting at the navigation table with us — watching our route develop, seeing how the wind shifts and following our progress mile by mile.

So whether you’re here for the stories and photos, or you’re the kind of sailor who enjoys checking the wind, weather and numbers behind the voyage, there’s something to follow.

You can even chat directly with us in the blog.

Follow our journey on No Foreign Land

Follow S/Y En Mer as we make our way around the world with No Foreign Land.

Our GPS tracker records our position throughout the voyage, allowing you to follow where we are, where we have been and how we have sailed from one destination to the next.

Along the route, we also share photos and updates from the places we visit. Each destination gives you a glimpse of what we experience along the way — from life at anchor and exploring ashore to the places we discover, the food we enjoy and the everyday moments in between.

The map lets you follow our journey geographically, while the updates and photos add the story behind each stop. You can see our route develop as we move from one anchorage to the next and follow our progress across the oceans.

By following us, you can also receive notifications when we move, when we are sailing near your location and when we post new updates.

You can even chat directly with us in the blog.

Follow our journey on Instagram

Follow S/Y En Mer on Instagram and come along for the journey as we sail around the world.

Instagram is where we share the voyage as it happens. We regularly post stories, reels, videos and photos from life on board, giving you a closer look at everything from sailing days and new anchorages to exploring ashore, boat projects, meals, weather and the small everyday moments that make up life at sea.

We also share longer posts when there is a story behind the place or the experience — giving you more than just a glimpse of where we are, but also what it is like to actually sail there and live aboard along the way.

Our Instagram is updated throughout the voyage, so it is a good place to follow the journey between the longer blog updates and see what is happening on board right now.

And if you have questions, want to say hello or simply want to chat about sailing, you can message us directly here. We love hearing from people following along from different parts of the world.
